Information Requirements for Orders

Information you will need to know before filling in a form

• Size of rug/wall hanging
• Desired design
• Floor piece or wall hanging
• Flat or carved effect
• Standard or Premium rug material

Please read below for additional information

Standard Rugs VS Premium Rugs

Standard Rugs = acrylic yarn (decor only)
Premium Rugs = wool/nylon yarn (high durability rug)

Standard Rugs

• Higher detail; More color options!
• More affordable
• Decor ONLY; Cannot be used as a normal rug
• Can not be washed; Only spot cleaned
• Can be walked on, but not nearly as frequently as our Premium Wool rugs
• No high traffic areas! This could result in a ruined rug

Premium Rugs

• Made with wool/nylon yarn
• Can be used as a normal rug in high traffic areas!
• Can be fully washed but still spot cleaned is most ideal
• Made with high quality rug yarn that can last for years and years if taken care of
• Limited color choice
• More expensive
• Unable to achieve super detailed designs due to color limitations

Caring for Your Rug

All rugs made by Montes are 100% hand made and delicate

Standard Rugs

• Do not vacuum on a super high setting
• Do not put your rug in the wash (water can distort the shape and ruin the fibers)
• Do not walk on it too frequently! It's really only meant for decoration
• Do not place it in a super high traffic room such as a living room
• Do vacuum on low setting
• Do use a lint roller to gather dirt and dust
• Do spot clean with a little bit of water and soap if something is spilled on it
• Do shake out the rug every so often to lift the fibres again

Premium Rugs

• Do not put your rug in the wash
• Do spot clean with a little bit of water and soap if something has spilled on it
• Do shake out the rug every so often to lift the fibres again

Wall Hanging Rugs

• Lint roll every couple of weeks
• Try not to place it in super direct sunlight, the color could fade long term
• Overall, this should be perfect since it's on a wall and won't receive any high traffic action!

Return Policy

• We do not accept returns on custom ordered items
• We do not accept returns on purchased items after 10 days of receipt for all US orders
• We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email once the return is requested
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
• Refund will be issued once Montes' Market is in possession of the item, inspects it, and determines that it is eligible for return
• All returned items must be un-used and in original condition
• Montes' Market has the right to refuse returns

Shipping Policy

U.S Shipping

• Shipping fees are incorporated into your final price. I will be personally packaging and shipping your order as soon as it is complete!

International Shipping

• Buyer is held responsible for any and all shipping fees
• International buyers are responsible for any and all expenses and fees incurred with the shipment including but not limited to: customs, duties charges, taxes (including VAT) and any other similar expenses incurred
• Once the order has left the US, I am no longer responsible
• All sales are final for international orders
